These terms govern transactional text messages sent by USA TOOLS Repair Center, operated by Race Car Tools Inc, d/b/a USA TOOLS, in connection with customer-requested tool-repair services.

Program description

After expressly opting in, customers may receive repair intake confirmations, repair status updates, estimate and approval requests, payment notices, pickup notices, and customer-service replies. Messages are transactional and relate to an existing repair or service request. We do not use this program for promotional marketing.

Opt-in and consent

Customers opt in by expressly agreeing verbally during repair intake or by checking and signing the SMS consent on the repair intake form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or repair services. The person providing consent represents that they are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the repair and customer interaction. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, the customer may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages unless they provide new consent. Reply HELP for help, call 305-633-6852, or email info@usatoolrepair.com.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle customer and mobile information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as operational or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
